I was calling to make an appointment as a new patient and the woman was so rude, I decided not to be a new patient there anymore. She did not introduce herself nor have any politeness to be in Customer service. Its ashame because I have heard good things about the doctor. The front desk is always the first impression of a business. I wish I knew her name to name drop her on here. Poor experience just trying to make an appointment as a NEW PATIENT.
I been with them for more than 30 years, and they still my favorite people to go to, Dr. Schmidt is a great Doctor and Friend
I’ve been coming here for 34 out of my 35 years of life and until they close I won’t ever go anywhere else!
