December 2025 Update - I came back to the Jersey City clinic for Shockwave treatments with Dr. James after going to the Elizabeth location for PT with Dr. Asha for a number of months. She suggested the shockwave could make a big difference. The shockwave treatments helped get rid of 90% of my pain in only 2 sessions. I'm surprised at how fast it worked. I had a great experience at Complete physical Rehabilitation. The staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely invested in recovery. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and appointments run on time. I saw real improvement after working with Dr Paul for a few sessions. Highly recommend.
I was treated by Dr. Paul for 12 sessions after I hurt my lower back earlier this year. With his care and professionalism, we were able to get me back to regular physical activity well before the 12 session program was over. He also gave me great tips to prevent further injuries, cramping and maintenance as time goes on. Not only is Dr. Paul a great professional he is a great person as well! I highly recommend Dr. Paul to get you back to your best self.
