My central air died on Father’s Day. I called and spoke with John and he came out Monday morning and discovered and fixed the problem. He wore a mask during the COVID-19 pandemic for my health and his. He was very friendly, courteous and professional. I definitely will keep him on my list for all my hearing and cooling concerns.
John is a pleasant human to work with. Great company.
Had John out to fix our air. He tried to find leaks and could not. Put dye in and said he’d come back later. He never returned or answered phone calls or texts. Wasted $250 for nothing. Had to call Long’s Mechanical out to finish his job. They found the leak right away. I should have called them first.
John is absolutely the best!! He is fair, knowledgeable, and prompt. He treats you like family. I highly recommend him for all you problems - HVAC, Furnace, Boiler, etc... Thanks John
