I have home care and nursing about a decade now and never a complaint. Not ever!!!
Called to have them send me an itemized bill from what was paid and Loretta acted like I wasn't supposed to get statements. Complete HH has sent them to my insurance before and she said no they haven't. Today I'm calling another branch to see if they can assist.
