Dewitt provided a mold inspection for my family's hundred year old lakeside cottage. In one visit Dewitt was able to identify problem areas, suggest remediation methods, and take samples to back up his informed opinion with test results. Dewitt did our energy audit, guided us to the ideal contractor (Upright Frameworks) for the unique aspects of our job, and walked us through the process of maximizing the Efficiency Maine rebate program. He's an extremely knowledgable guy about all things building related--energy, comfort, health and safety.
