We have hired Darren for several projects in our home, in fact, almost half our house has been updated by Complete flooring. He is so talented, can do anything! We're very impressed. Plus, he and Missy are great to work with ! Highly recommend Complete flooring if you want something done correctly, and a worthwhile investment!
I retired from teaching about 4 years ago. My husband and I decided to remove our carpeting and have hardwood floors installed. Darren and Missy were a breath of fresh air. Their staff was polite, professional and the quality of the flooring and work was outstanding. I would recommend them again and again.
I've worked with Missy and Darren a couple of times now and they are great. I was happily surprised to learn they sell and install spindles as well. Carpet installers did a great job and didn't tear up our walls either. They are clearly experts, not temps. Flooring prices are up and down, so even if you're on a tight budget you should get a bid from them. They were the same price as Lowe's on our recent project, although that won't always be true.
Missy and Darren are the nicest people to work with. Missy helped with choosing the right flooring for our house, giving us pros and cons of various types and Darren actually talked us out of replacing our hardwood floors upstairs, which he could have made additional money on. The gentlemen that installed our flooring were respectful and very professional. We are more than pleased and will recommend Complete Floor Covering to all our friends.
Great customer service and loving the end result of my remodel which included master bathroom, kitchen and carpet.
