Whatever I present with or how often Dr Rhodes never allows me to leave
I needed LOA medical forms filled out and faxed to our case managers and they never filled them out and faxed them. I told them at my visit that I would be needing them filled out since I was going to be out of work for more than 3 days and they said that would be no problem. Never happened so my LOA was denied. Not a very professional office. Will not be going back.
After waiting over an hour to see a doctor, he came in and immediately wrote me a prescription. He asked me two questions, gave me no time to ask any of my own, and did not even take a test for strep, which he diagnosed me with. He spent no more than 30 seconds, which my doctors back home would never do; a doctor should listen to your questions and answer them. We have used Urgent Care 2 times now for both of my kids. It was great. In and out in under an hour. I would recommend this facility to anyone needing urgent care services.
Where do I start, Chief complaint was eye swelling and blurry vision. Randomly tested for everything. Eye wasn't even checked. Had to visit the Gutensohn clinic and was diagnosed with uveitis, what a waste of time and money? I could have lost my vision!!
Wonderful Doctors, Physicians Assistants, Nurses and staff.
They have no idea of the meaning "urgent" for their urgent care. If I wanted to sit in a room waiting on a doctor for over an hour (not inducing time spent in the waiting room), I would have taken my daughter to the E.R. The staff is great, but a ridiculous wait time will always ruin it for me.
