I decided that I would go here since I haven’t had my eyes checked in ages. I gave them my insurance info and was told I would get a call to confirm my appointment and how much my copay would be. At 4PM the day before my 845AM appointment I get a call saying they can’t verify my insurance (they had my last name incorrect) I called about again to give my information and hopefully get it squared away and got the BIGGEST attitude ever. RecommendedDr. Lippi was wonderful with my son. She took the time to explain what she was doing and why. She made him totally comfortable with the exam and the decision to get glasses. Working with the whole staff was an easy experience. I would highly recommend Complete Family Eyecare.
Switched to Dr. Lippi several years ago and have been extremely happy with both her and her office staff. She takes time to explain things thoroughly, listens to the patient's input when considering treatment options, and is constantly incorporating new technology into her practice. .
