they could have a provider unlike Williams that cares about the patients
After being with Dr. Black for over 30 years, counting the end of my military career and the beginning of my civilian career, Dr. Black retired. I am sure that one of the reasons that he retired was that he was fully aware that Dr. Williams was going to end her office's accepting Tricare, Humana East. I have been using Complete Family Care and Laser Center since I retired from the Army in 2008. I have been seen by both Dr Williams and Dr Black, and have been very pleased with all facets of my care that I receive from them. I would recommend this practice to anyone who is looking for a new Primary Care team.
