husband had a 3:30 appt arrived at 3:21 was told my appt was 3:15 and i was 1/2 hr late so the doctor couldnt see him. this has happened on many occasions they've told us we were wrong on our appts. even with appt cards given to us by our doctors MA the people at the front desk has told us we called and changed the appt... really? like i would know if i changed an appt. love gloria diez but the people at the front desk...well you guess what their issue is maybe they cant tell time but i would NOT recommend them to anyone suc... read more
