Best urgent care experience I have ever had. I was in pain in Las Vegas attending a conference for work & Complete Family & Urgent Care helped me. They were so attentive and caring. PA Jermaine Flanagan got right down to business and examined the area of my arm/elbow where the pain was centralized and had resurfaced. He pinpointed the issue and came up with a treatment plan to help address the pain until I see my primary in the State of my residence for more extensive diagnostic testing. I am hoping they did help my daughter, who had a serious case of food poisoning ,feel a bit better. We called ahead to get the wait time and we're told 2-2 minutes. We arrived 20 mins later to be told it would be an hour because the provider was out to lunch. When I said we would have gone elsewhere had we been told, the "medical assistant" left and returned to ask if we were ok with a "virtual" visit. Again, had we known that was an option..
