honestly the most unprofessional place i’ve seen. my mom has had multiple appointments scheduled and every time we show up they are not open. they never call to give anyone a notice that they are going to be closed for the day and to reschedule appointments. i don’t understand how it’s that hard to call and let patients know that they won’t be open WHEN THEY’RE THE ONES SCHEDULING THE APPOINTMENT. it’s a waste of time and gas. they also never answer the phone. i have been on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES and no one answers or giv... read more
I don’t recommend at all. These guys messed up on a claim and my insurance is trying to bill me for a visit that is supposed to be free - in fact I went in specifically to earn money for my healthcare spending accounts. I’ve tried reaching them multiple times in the last few weeks and they are being unresponsive. I shouldn’t have to pay because of a mistake they made this is so ridiculous just PICK UP THE PHONE. Been almost three months now this is terrible. Couldn’t recommend this place at all
Had a blood test appointment set up after my first visit there. My appointment is 9 am and no one is there and door is locked. I knocked 3 times and no one answer. Never again!
Online and on the office door says they're open, but doors were locked and they'll have you knocking and won't answer the phone. If you're in pain don't waste your time
