I bought a pair of Fendi glasses for seeing purposes...both the ear pieces literally fell off. They were $500.00 My pair I bought from them over 15 years ago for 100.00 is still intact. Do not buy these frames from them..I had the ear pieces adjusted at least three times. Complete Eye Care is so rude, and the Optometrist is a complete rip off!
if i could give a 0 star i would. the worst customer service by owner i have ever experienced! i have been a customer for a couple years now. the quality is just ok, not good but if you go for the cheapo glasses, well you get cheapo everything. this time i brought my mom. i got 2 pairs for myself and 1 for my mom. they have an inhouse lab that makes really poor quality lenses. my 2 pairs had to be redone 3 times to get it right. and my mother's was completely irreversible and they told her she would have to pick a new frame ... read more
Quick and Speedy anyday of the week!!! – I usually dread going to the optometrist, but I will be looking forward to going back to Dr. Kronick! I was referred by a friend after asking around for a reasonably priced exam. The receptionist, Alma, was very friendly and helpful. Complete Eye Care Center – Unlike the last review I loved it!! I was able to walk in his busy office without an appointment, after a few minutes wait, he was able to see me and give me my Rx. Dr. Kronick was very professional, he answered all my questions. It was quick n painless. Best of all the prices are more than reasonable.
They only sell lenses. For exams, they refer you to Dr. Kronick next door. – Kronick's price is low, but he rushes through the examination at a reckless pace and shoos you out of that office like a maid chasing dustmice.
