RecommendedAfter a horrible experience at MyEyeDr, I decided to try Complete Eye Care and I was pleasantly surprised from the ease of making the appointment to the actually appointment everyone was very courteous. Dr Ashe was amazing and kind. Ame was kind as well in fact the whole staff is amazing. Not to mention their selection of contacts and frames are pretty good! I will definitely be back
Wow. What a refreshing experience. From the moment I walked in the door, the staff was inviting and friendly. I received exceptional service from both Debbie and Dr Ashe. Both ladies took the time to listen to my concerns and presented informative solutions, and a few laughs mixed in, as well! I absolutely recommend Complete Eye Care! Its not your typical, sterile "eye doctor" experience!
They need to be very specific with their insurance. The website says they accept United Health. I have United Health vision insurance but it is not accepted here despite the website saying they accept the company. What I was told is they accept the medical insurance but not the vision which I think is horrible. This is a place for vision why would you not accept vision insurance. I will never go back here if they continue to mislead people into believing they accept the insurance listed.
