CompleteDKI provided exceptional service to our homestead after an electrical fire in our kitchen. The technicians - Mr. Robert, Mr. Tim, Mr. Jon, Mr. Alex L., Mr. Chase E., and Mr. Nick - were very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient, with a very strong work ethic under very trying circumstances and very intense humidity and heat. Alex and Chase were very professional while installing hurricane shutters at my place of business. They worked very hard in the rain and wind to secure the windows. These too awesome guys went beyond the call of duty. Good quality service with a smile.
Alex Laffond came to our house and went over the process of what he would be doing for us. He made us feel less stress during this crazy day. He was professional, personable and worked very hard to get the tree and debris off the roof. The tarp was placed over the holes and secured with sandbags. He did a great PROFESSIONAL job! Dont trust Dki there themp help stole from me all my guns, gold money ect fk even use my paper towels to try and dry up water..... i wouldn't use them again
