Jan is AMAZING! I've gotten my hair done from her since I was 17, and I continue to get a straightening every year. Jan is amazing! – Jan did an amazing job with my Japanese Hair Straightening. She was efficient, and I felt comfortable and trusted her completely with my unruly hair! And she was so much fun. She even brought snacks since the process took over 3 hours. Overall, well worth it. I wouldn't trust anyone else in the Portland area with Japanese Hair Straightening. Since she does them about once a week, I would say she is one of the very few pros in town! If you are thinking about Japanese Hair Straightening, call Jan!

Fun, fun, fun, and very good at what they do! – I just had my hair straightened by Julie Ann and Jan at Complete Designs and I couldn't be happier! Truly a High Class Experience that is Affordable and Fun! – Wow!! I am still reeling from having too much fun with these two ladies. Someone should make a video about them! Great Portland Find – I had been searching for someone to do the Japanese Straightening system on my hair for years, and finally found Julie Ann and Jan at Complete designs a few weeks ago. I had gotten a consultation from LeResh at Dolce, but she priced me at $650. This didn't include the shampoo and conditioner she claimed you needed to keep your hair straight. Best Japanese Hair Straightening in Portland – Julie Ann and Jan are the best. Not only do they do a fantastic job, they are both so nice and fun to be around... and, most importantly, their rates are very affordable (if anyone tries to charge you more than $250 these days for Japanese straightening you are getting ripped off). I highly recommend them.

Julie Ann is the best!!! – I've been to Complete Designs twice, both times for Japanese hair straightening with Julie Ann. She is an amazing person, both when it comes to her career and as a person.
