Tammy, the office manager is extremely rude. I had questions in regards to what I would be paying that day. Since her total changed from the estimate that they had printed out and given to me. Really great experience and nice service. Will recommend anyone to them. They were also fast and did not have me waiting long at all, even though it was my first visit! Highly recommend!
The wait was very short from the time I went in go seeing the hygienist who is thoughtful, focused, knowledgable and thorough. She consulted with doctor Cody without delay following my cleaning and x-rays. Within five minutes Doctor Cody came in to check and affirm that my teeth are a-ok. He was very gentle and I could have fallen asleep
Go to Riley Family Dentistry instead for a personal and caring dentist. I would not recommend as they booked a consultation with a dentist that was out of network and then have me come back to operate with a dentist I have never seen or talked to. Very corporate. They only care about your pockets.
