Wait until you tell them that you have a problem with something they have done and you will see how ruthless they can get. They even changed my negative review of them to a good one on their website, putting words in my mouth that I never said. A good portion of those great reviews are not real. I had $8,000 worth of work in my mouth that they had done and had to have it redone in less than a year-and-a-half after they would not fix the problem. The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable. The technology they use is incredible! They are great about reminding you to make, or keep, an appointment. I loved their Groupon price!
The people are friendly the service is great the atmosphere is wonderful and I keep going back highly recommend.
I experienced moving about an hour away from Complete Dental, but will continue to make the drive for my appointments because of the experience I’ve had here. Dr. Gupta is gentle and thorough; Brandy the hygienist made me feel comfortable and understood everything she was explaining. The front desk staff is friendly, accommodating and gets you in and out in a timely manner. I am happy to be a patient of complete dental.
I had a great experience here! The building was easy to find, clean, and comfortable. Everybody was super friendly and thorough. I only had xrays, exam and cleaning, but they seem to offer a full array of services. I especially enjoyed my dental hygienist, Brandy (I hope that's the right spelling)!
