I was just at Complete Dental for the first time an hour ago, and that was the most comfortable, at home, and cared for I've felt as a patient in 20 years of going to dentists. ♥ It is a small business practice by Dr. Chen; the receptionist, Julie, knew me by name as soon as I walked in the door the first time after just talking a couple times on the phone prior. Great experience this morning with the dental group. Nice people and accommodating for elderly.
I love going to Dr. Chen at Complete Dental Center. It's a small office with just three employees so I always feel as though Dr. Chen takes her time and sees me personally. This is NOT the type of place where the dental hygienist does all the cleaning and x-rays, then the dentist pops in for 30 seconds. I also appreciate that Dr. Chen values my time and my money. When I needed periodontal surgery, she took time out of her own day to get in touch with her dental contacts to find a periodontist that wouldn't encourage excessiv... read more
My whole family goes to them. They are always bright and kind. The receptionist, dental assistant and dentist are all so welcoming and helpful and very nice people. Small office so its alot more comfortable and personal.
