I had a good experience except for the length of time I waited in the waiting room. It took about 45 minutes for my daughter to be seen.

Saturdays are the most popular day; and being a new patient can also add additional time due to paperwork and the gathering the baseline data. Great news is as a returning patient, appointment lengths will not be as long since we will have all the information we need! And we will continue to find ways to streamline our most popular days and times.

My family and I had a great first experience at this dental office getting our teeth cleaned. All employees there were really nice and very thorough.
Dr Miller at the Mansfield clinic is top notch. I have seen several of the dentists at this location. She is by far the most detail oriented. I've had crowns come loose and others put them back in to just come loose again. She does it once and it fits right and stays put. Top notch Dentist who cares!
I would like to thank the stuff, from the person who answered the call the person who checked me out. They were very professional but at the same time they made sure patient care was first. They made sure my visit was confortable. Im bery satified with the office.

Very fine staff well organized. My only negative comment relates to the music played in the office. It is raucous at times. I would think a dental office would want soothing classical music instead.
Everyone was so nice in this office. Dr. Marilee Miller and her assistants were so comforting to me with my tooth pain. I was ultimately referred to an endodontist for further diagnosis. She prescribed me an antibiotic and sent him my X-rays that very day. (Saturday) I would highly recommend anyone to come here. Care and Compassion are evident the moment you call for an appointment or meet with the Dr. and Staff.
