Overall pretty good service, only problem is they seem to be very pushy with getting stuff done. I admire their commitment to get work done but there is a line between encouraging to get stuff done and downright pushy, give people time to decide what to do. Also apparently they recently dropped my insurance and other people's insurance as well with little notice even though on the website it shows my insurance will cover it, either the website needs to be updated ASAP or someone within the staff is lying. It is all about Money, I was pressured into getting a crown that i did not need, They recommend a lot of work to be done that was expensive. I decided to get another practice and it was a different ball game, it was only cleaning that was needed, i was told they have two types of cleaning, the pressure cleaning was to remove all the tatters, so i had to come in the other time to be cleaned after the initial cleaning within a period of two weeks. They there to make money off people. Not going back ever.
