I have been going to Complete Dental Care for about 3 years, and I love it there. The dentists are caring and thorough, the office is very clean, and all of the equipment is modern and up to date.

I did not feeling as if the dental staff was talking about me. One of the hygienists asked the other hyginest to step in the other room and when the hygienist that was treating me her mood/ attitude had changed. I was not informed that there was a change to my insurance until I was ready to leave. The shock of financial responsibility when you are preparing to leave is not pleasure. This should be done when confirmation for appointment is received. Most people don't like surprise especially one that comes with a prices tag.

We were seen promptly. The dentist and assistant were both patient and gentle with my daughter, explaining to her every step of the procedure.
