No one in my family will be returning to this office. Had a botched root canal here that caused me to have to get major sinus surgery because the infection spread up my face. Terrible care given to my mother when they said her root canal "wouldn't take" and had to bust her tooth into several pieces to extract it and give her stitches. I'm sure it had to be done, but she was bleeding a ton afterwards and in so much pain. Absolutely horrible customer service! I had a outpatient procedure on my heart on a Thurs and thought I would be fine the next morning to go to my appt. I was still feeling weak and not up to driving so I called them at 7:30 to cancel an 8 o'clock appt. I was going to be a new patient, NOT NOW! They informed me because I cancelled "too late" for them to schedule someone else in that time frame that I could not reschedule that they will only put me on a list to be called if they have a cancellation! Went in for one tooth bothering me(it just needed a filling) they said I had 5-6 cavities but like I said I only had one tooth that had an issue. They ended up drilling out all my silver fillings from a different dentist office because they felt the need to take my silver fillings out to replace with white I keep getting infections...my last infection was so bad that my new dentist said I was lucky to be alive I don't believe I had 5-6 cavities I believe I had 5-6 silver fillings that they wanted out And now I may loose 1-2 ... read more
I was a nervous wreck going in. But after speaking with Suzy, she let me know that everything is explained before anything is going to happen. Which reassured me that the whole staff was knowledgeable. Dr. Helfer was also concerned about making sure I wasn't in any pain an continually made sure by asking. Even the Janitor girl Hillary was willing and able to jump in and help with the procedure. Lol J/k Hillary isn't the cleaning lady. Everyone I came across was great.
it was very nice but they for got i was there so took longer then need be but very nice people who work their other then that
