The office personnel are all very friendly and very nice. So is the dentist. I will continue to go there, as will my spouse. However, I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 because they don't seem to quite understand that the patient's time is valuable. The waiting time from entering the office to being seated was fine. But the waiting while one dentist ran five dental chairs at once was excessive.
