am not going to shame anyone specific on here but what I will say that I was extremely disappointed by my experience with the staff. I have been a patient for a year, mainly out of convenience. While trying to seek care for ongoing concerns I felt dismissed, judged, and spoken to in a manner that lacked professionalism and compassion. Although the staff is nice, request a FULL explanation of the total expected costs for your procedure. I was expecting to pay $575.00 as my responsibility versus my insurance company, for a crown, but when I went to have the new crown bonded I was told that I needed to pay an additional $532.20! When asked why there was an extra cost, I was told it was because of my Cigna DPPO Advantage Plan, Cigna told me that Complete Dental was no longer in their network effective 1/23/23, but the dental office failed to inform me, leavin... read more
