Quick to respond. Great customer service
A tree fell on my sister in laws house in a storm. She called and asked if I knew anyone. I called Wayne from CCS and he had a crew over there fast! He dealt with the insurance and took down the tree and tarped off the roof until they could get back the next day to repair it. They really did save the day for her! I highly recommend them to anyone!
Wayne and his guys are always super professional. They respond very quickly and truly care about people they are servicing. Highly recommend!
Estimator was unreliable, brash and disrespectful. Very poor customer service and no patience in answering customer questions or addressing concerns.
