I was very satisfied with my initial visit with Dr. Silver. He was patient and friendly and understanding throughout my appointment. He answered all of my questions and I appreciate the time he spent with me. Brittany is friendly and welcoming from the start and made sure I was all set. Dorothy and Elena were great! I don’t enjoy the lab work, but they made sure I was comfortable throughout. My overall experience is exceptional and I am glad to have found this practice.
Dr Duke has been my primary for over 20 years. When he decided to go into a concierge practice, I followed him. He is knowledgeable, very attentive, responsive and thorough. He is genuinely concerned and invested in his patients. My favorite Doctor!
Dr. Williams has been my Primary Care Physician for the last 6 years. He is extraordinary in his knowledge, compassion and responsiveness. In addition he has a wonderful team surrounding him that ensure appointments are easy to make, billing matters a breeze and your experience at the office or over the phone is personalized and exceptional. What started off as a wonderful doctor patient relationship and a highly expensive concierge doctor. Turned into intentional malice. After a brief billing dispute, I had relieved Jim Williams and total primary care from their medical duty via Nikki. We have several family members that pay to be a part of that practice and others also had to call and cancel such as my mother.
