Technicians were very professional and communicated with me when changes needed to made or just the general way things would proceed.
My experience with the technician, Julio, was excellent. He was very amicable and thorough. My initial service request was to replace my anode rod in my gas water heater tank. Upon arrival, Julio made an assessment. After draining the tank, he lifted the anode rod out, it appeared that the rod was doing its job (see attached), and needed to be replaced after 6 yrs of use. I am extremely disappointed. After being told by a supervisor that he would personally inspect my cast iron plumbing after they preformed their hydro jet cleaning. They requested an absolutely ridiculous price to hydro jet , then droppped it down couple of hundred dollars since their prior work (the day prior )to unclog my kitchen sink was not successful .
