Great service and explained throughly all the various repair and pricing options
Poor service. We cancelled services in November-2024 and they never do cancel no matter how many times we call. The call from manager is promised, and it never happens. We are being charged for services that we decided to cancel. They are hoax company and extorting dollars. BEWARE BEFORE SIGNING UP. THEY ARE FISHY AND CHEATERS. They did not give me filters for my AC that they said they will do in service and used my filters. I am beyond frustrated and do not recommend them to anyone. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the plumbing issue. He followed through until the issue was resolved and did a good job of explaining the steps.
Logan was a pleasure to work with during a ‘not so pleasant’ situation. Didn’t plan on having to replace a furnace but his courteousness and professionalism made the process a little less painful
