TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I booked in advance on the phone speaking to their AI System and there was no way for me to book with an actual human. The AI told me I was confirmed for Saturday 8am-3pm booking window. I got confirmation emails and text messages. We have been waiting, and called up to see the ETA and the RUDE woman who answered the phone said we have to reschedule you. They lied... Booked an appointment for a Saturday.. they sent me email and text about technician... On Saturday no one came said they have to reschedule and tech was only for emergencies.. I was an emergency and booked 3 days in advance. This is not 5 star service.. don't call and don't fall for their lies .. now I'm stuck with no AC in 90F heat
