Jay and Complete Comfort saved me from being essentially scammed by an unnamed big-brand service. I got an astronomical quote to replace my AC system, so much so that when I called Jay and told him, he said he was the most sticker shocked he's been in a while. He then gave me a great quote, agreed to replace the system, stopped by, and did the install with his team in one week.
