Knowledgeable and vet efficient
I’m so grateful for Complete Comfort heating and Air! They came out the very next day! I can always depend on them to get the job done at an affordable price. The team is courteous, clean, well mannered, intelligent! (I work at home and they accommodate my need to be quiet when they are here). They solve unique challenges too. This is my go to anytime something goes wrong quick to respond at a fair price. Freddy takes the time to respond or explain what has happened and what needs to be done for your best interest.
Our heat went out and we had a big snow storm, it made it really hard for someone to get out to diagnose what was wrong. Once we found out, we decided to replace the heating/ cooling unit and get our ducts cleaned. We actually just had to send Complete Comfort a couple of pictures and they gave us a quote, which was very reasonable!! The gentleman I spoke with to get the quote on price was, the same person that came out to install the unit. He was very kind and helpful!
