My daughter has gone here since birth and we've always had a great experience !
Treated me nice at first. Then when my daughter became 6 months old they started treating me like white trash. The nurses were extremely rude to me and didn’t make me feel very comfortable. The only nice person was Dr. Keating. I stopped going and tried to find a different doctor for my daughter but couldn’t so I finally answered them and wanted to start scheduling and they dropped her as a patient when they had literally just called me. I always have positive experiences at CCH. I've taken my child in many times outside of regularly scheduled appointments for sickness and concerns and the staff there are great. Dr. Miller is our pediatrician and she's truly the best.
Steer clear of Dr. Niazi. She started off great, acting genuine and caring. We've been on a delayed/alternative schedule from the beginning and she's always been supportive of that...until yesterday. We came in for an appointment to VACCINATE OUR CHILD and after a talk about how we haven't been getting caught up on the vaccines fast enough (even though our oldest is caught up), she wondered if we "needed to think about switching to a different provider that's more aligned with our values".
