I called to schedule an appointment several weeks ago for 11 am. I was not told to come 30 minutes prior or else my appointment would be cancelled. Also, on the confirmation text that I received, it only showed my appointment for 11 am (no information about coming 30 minutes early at all). 30 minutes before my appointment, I received a text reminder for my appointment scheduled for 11 am with a different doctor than I had requested.
