Excellent staff, very professional and laid back environment. Extremely accommodating and never feel like they are rushing during your visit.
I’m not sure about the clinical staff, but the office staff was very rude and unprofessional. They could benefit from a course in customer service. I scheduled an appointment for a labor inducing massage and there was a miscommunication about a doctors note. I would assume most places would call back to confirm the appointment, but they instead elected not to schedule a therapist and sent me away when I arrived for my appointment.
