I will admit that I am skeptical of new auto repair shops. This is the 1st shop in the last 10 years that actually asked and answered questions about what kind of oil my Audi is suppose to use. I now have the correct 5w40 weight euro oil and I have learned that the cheap oil changes do not offer the correct oil weight & grade which is required by the manufacturer for my car. I had a great experience with Kim and not only did she give me a quote that was less then the competition but the car repair was done on time as promised but the free inspection report with out any sales pitch or pressure was very refreshing and the car drives like it use to when we bought it new 5 years ago. Thanks for going above and beyond.

Awesome Power!! – My husband brought my Audi in to get a new engine put in. After it was in the shop, I became very leary after reading some of the reviews posted on this site. During the whole process, Chris called me and asked/updated me on any new parts to be added and what had been done. Even after everything was installed and ready for pickup, I was still skeptical. Great Oil Change Service – I have been impressed with Complete Auto's Castrol oil change program where you get a $7 rebate back from castrol towards your next oil change and then after you have had 4 oil changes you get the 5th oil change for free. The Castrol GTX oil speaks for it self and the multipoint inspection for peace of mind is huge. If you want to visit a place that does not try to sell you repairs that you dont need.

Outstanding Alignment Service – I wanted to write a review based on the alignment expierence I had recently which was excellent. Complete Auto Svc RIP-OFF-------- – I hate writing a poor review, but I have to get this out. NEVER will I step foot in this place again. I really wished I would have read the past reviews prior before trying this place out. Good Service with lower than market pricing – I have had good service here for years and can only tell you that the service they provide is as good as the dealers but at more than fair pricing or lower then other repair shops that are over $100 per hour. They only advise you whats wrong and how to fix it right the first time. They do not use rebuilt parts or transmissions but only the good stuff since they are a napa auto care and have a 18 month unlimited mile warranty on most repairs with a nationwide warranty.
