Hard for me to rate my repair because I don’t know anything yet. March 11 will be a full month with NO word from C.A.R. I have called each week and gotten NO info. NO estimate, NO timeline, NO callback. They may be good mechanics but very poor communicators. I’m completely baffled. Update: picked the car up March 20, sputtering and engine light on the way home. Broke down completely one week later. Towed to a dealership for $3000 repair.

They did a great job installing a Lifesafer device into my car. Very kind and professional.
