The best customer service and honest people. Definitely recommend them.
I had issues with a Jeep that would not pass inspection. As a woman I feel like they 'see me coming a mile away" when I need car repairs which is unfortunate but I have overpaid before. This was my 3rd place for a quote on repairs. Dobb's wanted $1,000.00, Firestone $800.00 . Got quality/honest work for $200.00 less than the cheapest quote AND they provided me a rental for $9.00 /day. Austin was thoughtful and definitely plan on making this my new "go to" for service and repairs.
Went on their website to schedule an appointment and got an automated email but never heard from anyone. Called later in the week to schedule an alignment. Left my car there in the morning and when I called in on my lunch break, I was told the mechanic was not in to work on my car. Won't even attempt to take my car there again.
