I’m renting a property from CAPS at the moment. I been in the property for a little over a year now. I had a few issues, they all were resolved in a timely manner. The maintenance team so far is pretty good. One of my highlights dealing with CAPS is Gloria Fonseca. Very professional, great communicator and also very thoughtful. So far so good. Took 50 bucks from me and ignored me said there were alot of others ahead even tho im care taker and I never got a result of the back round check or repsonse for that I paid for 50 including my income they had a small one bedroom w the bathroom toilet and tub in the out side of the apartment that i saw was no shower just tub very small living room and lots of stairs facilities a attic apartment not even room for a family of 1 i don't think not even room for a person or furniture on the 2nd floor for 725 in hammond only a tub... read more
