Caps has been a great rental management company. I have been with them for 5 years and I must say it’s been a stress free journey.
Don’t apply unless EVERYOnE in your house meets their criteria. They also approved and called someone to come sign the lease before even telling me me and my partner were denied. We absolutely love this company. We encountered a lot of usnforeseen or preventable issues in our first week, but we were absolutely blown away by the staff. They are so quick to respond to any issues, and communicate very thoroughly. We have rented with other companies for a very long time, and never had such a positive experience. Everything from the start of putting and application, to needing maintenance has been such a great experience.
