I'm going on 3.5 years renting from them and have no complaints. I've needed maintenance a couple of times and they immediately reached out to schedule a time to come out. I honestly have no complaints and I'm happy with renting from C.A.P.S
Highly recommend. Staff is great. I never had any problems been with them going on 5 years. Gloria and Hannah are great. Maintenance is good on handling issues in a quick manner.
A middle of the road company. Will send out contractors regularly for HVAC inspection about once a year. And if you complain about an immediate issue (pest in the roof, flooding appliance, etc), they'll send someone out. Long term issues don't get much care (case in point: the ice build up at my front door yearly thanks to the way the gutters drip on the sidewalk; how the driveway is almost like off-roading with how cracked it is).
