I would rate them a zero if i could. Horrible experience. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM!!! we had gas leaks, no condensate drain from the furnace for the a/c so our basement flooded. Took em 2 months to "fix" the problem. Then claimed we caused the damage to the basement from the water. Worst company ever.
