Complete joke, my appointment was for this past Monday June 3 2024, technician showed up at 3pm, told me what was wrong with my freezer, in the meantime he kept taking personal calls from other people, but I was nice about it. He told me that he would have his report turned in at end of day,,it's now June 6 2024, 12:10pm...report states that I canceled the appointment. Which I did Not do...warranty company set up new appointment with another company
I'm not usually this blunt, but this place is an absolute joke. I don't make assertions like this lightly as my other reviews show, but when the service is this bad, it can't be categorized as anything else. I called on a Thursday afternoon for a refrigerator/freezer that was not cooling. I spoke to Lisa, who stated, and I quote, "We will DEFINITELY be there between 1 and 5pm tomorrow."
