Our Story We are a family owned and operated appliance service company that has been serving the Cleveland Metropolitan area since 1963. Complete Appliance was originally started by Rinaldo Borsani. His son purchased the business in 1971 and it has been managed by him ever since. We specialize in the repair and maintenance of all brands of major appliances. Our technicians are factory trained for more than forty brands.

This company came to our house and sent a guy that said he was quitting and had now clue how to repair or diagnosis our whirlpool fridge. I called them to see what was going on with the fridge and they said whirlpool doesn’t know what parts to send. Lol, you are the repair person you need to tell them what part it needs. What a joke of a company.
Technician called to say he was on the way, arrived and efficiently assessed the problem with my washer, explained the fix and got it done!
Serviceman was knowledgeable about my refrigerator and it’s problems. Also efficient at getting the work done.
Great team called me to tell me they were on their way. Came in found the problem did the repair quickly. They were courteous and efficient. I was surprised how quickly they got the job done. They were great!
