Our Story We are a family owned and operated appliance service company that has been serving the Cleveland Metropolitan area since 1963. Complete Appliance was originally started by Rinaldo Borsani. His son purchased the business in 1971 and it has been managed by him ever since. We specialize in the repair and maintenance of all brands of major appliances. Our technicians are factory trained for more than forty brands.

Your professionalism and calling before you come
I had the 5 year warranty on my Samsung Refrigerator, and the ice maker went out. Complete Appliance repaired the ice maker under the warranty in less than a week. The service technician was very professional and did a great job, arrived on time and called 15 minutes before to let me know he was coming. Very pleased with the service.

speedy and efficient service
CAS accommodated our urgent same day service request. The technician John showed up on time (actually a little early) and diagnosed and fixed the dryer within minutes. The total cost was very reasonable. This was one of the most enjoyable service experiences we've had in many, many years. Other companies should model their customer service function after CAS! We give them our highest recommendation!
They were responsive, knowledgeable about our warranty, clear and consistent with our appointment agreement, polite and helpful in successfully completing the repair to our dryer. Based on this experience I would definitely use their services again.
Really great repair service - you keep us running!!
Our 1 1/2 wk old fridge had a leak- Home Depot did not think it needed fixing until a few days later despite water leaking onto our wood floor and down the basement! We contacted CAS who understood or worries, came out the next day - fixed and replaced the valve and no surcharge for Saturday call. Highly recommend this company!
