The A/C system maintenance was more thorough than the service I received last year, and the technician took time to explain what was being done. Although slightly more expensive than another quote I received, the detailed attention justified the cost.
I was initially unsure about how thorough the maintenance would be, but they checked all the components carefully and wrapped up in about an hour. Their previous visit had missed one minor issue, which they rectified this time without any prompting.
I decided to write a review after getting a second opinion on my portable A/C issues; the first technician suggested replacing the entire unit, but this HVAC service identified and fixed an internal wiring problem in just over an hour. The repair was more affordable than anticipated and saved me from buying new equipment unnecessarily.
The team were very courteous and professional.
They gave me an estimate for much less than the previous quote so I opted for their company, and the technician was able to quickly diagnose a bad capacitor and replace it within an hour. I like how he talked me through what he was doing without trying to up-sell me.
