Complete Air Mechanical has been a blessing in problem solving an impending issue. On 12/19/2023, upon waking, I needed to put the Heat on for a bit. It did not turn on. So, I called American Home Shield, who immediately wrote up the Repair Ticket, by early afternoon, I had a call from Jule, who arranged for a technician to come out on 12/20/2023. Was assigned them by American Home Shield. True to the pattern here they took a week to come. Man that came said our system (4 years old) was leaking and completely out of coolant and I quote, he said “I’ve never seen that before” and that we needed new copper pipes. Of course AHS said this wasn’t covered so I’m thinking if not covered I’m going to go with someone trusted and has good reviews, Nunez AC. I called them at 7PM the night I found all this out. his company is terrible. I called them this morning to verify my appt since we have had no a/c for 5 days. When I tried to ask a question. I was m*&^$Fckd and told I was rude. She would not let me get in a word. She told told me I was rude and selfish. All she did was yell at me for no reason and then cancelled the appt and hung up on me. ****DO NOT USE THEM HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE****
