I will give them 0 start if i can. Between belmont and this location my son spend 1 year and 8 months. Give them time enough to see if anything change. They are so unprofessional, lack on comunication, no one never knows anything, tony and trina both manager their just a body there just like Jenifer never do nothing on families favor, they just throw the balls on each other without taking any respinsability. We have been utilizing the services of CompleatKidz for approximately 9 months for our son, a three year old who is on the autism spectrum. Overall, the services provided by the clinical staff have been incredible. My son is excited to go to “school” each day and he’s there for 5 hours per day, 5 days per week. We have utilized three of the business’ locations: Concord Mills (recently closed down), Downtown Concord (Copperfield) and the Huntersville location (where we are currently). Absolutely loveeee this location for my son and I will be enrolling my daughter soon as well. I love the staff. Those young ladies (Zoe &’ Caroline) are patient and know their job to the tee. I feel super blessed to have been referred to this location. Jennifer, the receptionist, is thoughtful and helpful. It hasn’t been easy as a parent learning about my son’s diagnosis; however, this facility has been a saving grace and I am noticing improvement. Thank you guys!
Can’t say enough wonderful things about the staff at this location. My daughter was diagnosed with torticollis and after a not so great experience elsewhere we came to Compleat Kidz and were very lucky to work with Miss Laura who is so sweet and professional. She worked wonders with our daughter and with her help we able to avoid a cranial band. She explained every stretch to us and gave us some helpful pointers to work on at home.
