My son comes for speech therapy and physical therapy. I absolutely adore both Mrs. Ying (for speech) and Miss. Natalie ( for PT) and so does Memphis. I feel that they go above and beyond to help him and Mem and he absolutely loves them.
Everyone goes above and beyond their job and really connects with my son. This is the first facility i have been in that was diverse in both male and female. Most facilities have mostly women. I would 100% recommend this facility to anyone.
My experience with this office has been horrible. My son had his speech evaluation two weeks ago. Since then, the office never submitted his treatment plan to our insurance. I was initially told they were waiting on insurance approval. After contacting our insurance directly, I was informed nothing was ever submitted. I called the office back and relayed this information. I was told a message would be sent to the team responsible and that I would receive a call back. That call never came. This is mostly about an employee. Fabi is truly a God sent! She is the sweetest most caring and kind hearted woman. She cares about the kids my daughter was sick and she took the time to check up on her. She is involved with the kids knows them and parents not just by names but taken the time to know more about their lives then most people here. I can write a book how amazing she is because she really is. You don’t find enough people that love and care about her job and the kids and the parents like she does.
Just know that these people will submit a treatment plan for approval to your insurance company, and the correspondence you receive from your insurance company is how you will find out your child needs speech therapy. They do the initial evaluation and do not follow up to communicate the results. When you call to check, they don't have answers and since you don't hear anything you assume everything is okay.
