When my daughter’s evaluation outside of Compleat Kidz, she was supposed to have 40 hours a week and when I went to Compleat Kidz one lady told me that she will start at 25 hours and then when she gets older, she’ll move up to 40. So time goes on and she was there for over a year and when I asked another employee, they said that’s not true. Poor communication and scheduling of evaluations. Was refused service upon arrival by OT without even doing an evaluation she determined she couldn’t see my son. I will add this conversation was in there lobby and front of my son. Even though he can’t speak he can hear her comments. She didn’t even know his medical history just made a poor assumption and told us she couldn’t help us.
I am beyond frustrated with Compleat Kidz in Huntersville and Morganton. My 3-year-old desperately needs an evaluation. They confirmed back in June that they had received his referral. When I called in August to check, I was told “I see his evaluation was scheduled but no services have been provided.” That was a complete shock, because neither my husband nor I were EVER contacted about an evaluation date. If I could give 0 stars I would but the only reason I won’t is because the new BCBA and my son RBTs were good .My son attended this location for almost 2 years! Barely any progress, they create unrealistic expectations and goals. One of the managers (FABIOLA) violated my son HIPPA rights. There needs to be an investigation!!!! Compleat Kidz needs to do a lot better!!! Parents deserve to have proper communication. They cancel appointments without notifying parent’s . I had two of my boys at this location for a few years. And they aren’t professional and I had pull my boys out of this facility.
