Purchased a used boat on a competitive trailer that needs to be refurbished. Called to get the length of original axles as they are the manufacturer or the sales person claims to be. Will not give me any measurements or information unless I purchase the axles from them. Even to verify the axles I have are not original. I had extremely high expectations for Competitive Trailers, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. My trailer repair took much longer than promised, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Communication was poor, and I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating.

Parts Rep needs some customer service training.. couldn't give me a price on new trailer bunk pads ? Went elsewhere..

Very helpful. Unfortunately did not have the parts we needed but recommended other places who would possibly be able to assist us. Very friendly and personable.
