I had extremely high expectations for Competitive Trailers, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. My trailer repair took much longer than promised, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping. Communication was poor, and I had to call multiple times just to get basic updates. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and frustrating.
Parts Rep needs some customer service training.. couldn't give me a price on new trailer bunk pads ? Went elsewhere..
Very helpful. Unfortunately did not have the parts we needed but recommended other places who would possibly be able to assist us. Very friendly and personable.
He is the best for all trailer repairs and parts and team fixed up my boat trailer perfectly and now I feel safe on the road again. Work was done right the first time. You can pay them now or pay big time later! Fair pricing and great service.
Great communication and service. He was much cheaper than comparable shops and got the job done well and even quicker than the time period he quoted. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.
