We bought two of our 3-4 year old grandsons Trek bikes. I was so impressed that they just didn't hand us the assembled bike off the rack. They took the bikes to the back, did adjustments and checked everything out on the bikes. It's reassuring to know the boys are riding safe bikes.
Quote to replace brakes was actually $41 higher than quoted. When I asked why the quote is so much higher he said "well I don't do disc brakes and didn't give the quote" even though, when entering my info into computer, he put the quoted price from Jim in the computer. I don't mind paying the extra cost, but would of loved a call or text saying 'the quoted price was low because of...insert reason here...it will cost this much instead. First time visit, on Thursday. Quite an impressive show room. The fat tire bikes (and I mean FAT!!) are awesome, and they have a couple dozen at least!

I started riding in 1984. My fellow riders from the Oil City area started making the trip to Erie for incredible sales and service from Pete. You have come a long way my man from your first shop. For the second time this year I have purchased a incredible machine from the amazing staff at compeditive gear. I went in with an idea and walked out with a tangible dream and a head full of knowledge served by smiling faces. They never tried to take advantage of the little bits and pieces of what I thought I needed, and before I left Tony(man I hope I got it right this time...lol) put me on a trainer and made me click in and out of my pedals 30 times before I could leave.
