I very much appreciate Competition Roofing's quick responsiveness and wonderful courtesy. They did a roof tune-up for us, and then when a question arose they immediately came back out. Then, months later when we had a question, they came right back out (turned out the problem was not roof-related at all). Everyone I have spoken to or interacted with has been kind and respectful, patiently answering all my many questions without making me feel bad for not knowing.
We reached out to Competition after we noticed our roof leaking after the last heavy rain. They came out, gave us a quote and didn't constantly bug us to make a decision and sign a contract with pressure tactics. I hate when companies try and pressure me to make a decision or the price will go up. We took our time and they answered our many questions since we wanted to be more thorough in the process than the last cheap roof we had installed just 11 years ago.
