From sales to service a truly pleasant experience.. I've been a customer of Competition Infiniti since 2013 and on my third vehicle. All my experiences with both the service department (Damian Perrichon) and sales (Mike Fariello) have been nothing , but courteous, accommodating and professional experiences. I highly recommend both of these individuals, along with the dealership and their staff. All aspects of my dealings with this dealership have been seamless, timely and pleasant..

Damian Parrichon, your service tech, provided me excellent service. I waited for my service and Damian came to the waiting area and provided me updates on the progress of my service and made sure I was satisfied with the progress. Service Cris Copobianco received my car for oil change and a recall , my auto was returned to me in a very prompt matter of time . I expected and received the excellent service from Cris and Competition Infiniti .

Great Service The microphone on my 2019 QX50 died. Damian Perrichon did his utmost to ensure the repair was seamless. Chris took over while Damian was out sick the next day. Rose at the front desk was invaluable in ensuring I wouldn't have to wait long to pick the car up. Kudos to all.

Have had 4 infinitis from competition. And cannot compliment Robert Gould enough. When I bring my car for maintenance, he has helped me many times. The facility is professional and comfortable and everyone goes out of their way to be friendly and courteous each time you are there.

Paul Matriciano was wonderful to work with in leasing my second Q50. He was extremely patient over the 8-week period that we worked together.
