Best and most professional dealership I have ever visited . I’m not sure if it’s Bc of the car shortage but dealers seem like they don’t care about selling cars to anyone Bc they will sell themselves . Infiniti in smith town had exceptional customer service and every dept is top notch. Vinny was an excellent sales rep. He was super upfront and transparent about everything. Very friendly and cooperative and made sure I was comfortable with the whole process. Him and Darlene both made the buying process very fast, easy, and satisfying. I went in without a car and left with one in under an hour. Excellent service from both of them!
