Got both tires change today and they adjusted my chain cleaned it, degreased it and lubricated it without being part of the work order at no extra cost as part of courtesy service, this is what we call "GREAT SERVICE". Tire price was the same as the Internet and cheaper for the rear one. Thanks to CC. Paul L
Brought my bike for repair with no appointment and within an hour they were working on it and found the intermittent issue that two previous shop failed to find. There hourly rate is the lowest around + great mechanic service…..They also have a rest area with a pool table while you are waiting for your bike. Thanks guys for a great friendly service….
Took bike in at 9am, was the first one in line for service, and called at 430 to find out they haven't even touched the bike yet. Said to call back on Monday, 2 days from now, and they may be able to get to it. How they are still in business is beyond me.

Hi Anna, thanks for the feedback and you are right about your early arrival and being the first in line without appointment but we never confirmed the bike would be ready in the afternoon as we had to finish on bikes that came the day before. I apologize if it was not communicated to you but we started to work on your bike around 5:30pm and will complete by Monday. First time visit for a emergency tire and tune and will definitely be going back. Everyone is friendly, they have a good selection and good prices.

BUYER BEWARE if you want to waste time and money and have rude sales people this place is for you if not stay away.. The worst service and customer support I have ever seen. Tried to put parts for a diffrent bike on to mine. 3 hours to change a tire and chain.

Hi Michael, we are sorry about the delay but you came in the store at 12:00pm and we started to work on your bike at 1:00pm to finish at 2:45pm to change a rear tire + chain + rear sprocket for a total time of 1:45 minutes. We were delayed because of the front sprocket that we could not find the proper fit after trying three different front sprockets so we had no choice to put back your original front sprocket. Fast friendly service. Reasonable rates. Tire prices fair. Great deals. Quality in what they do. Now you know why I come from Fort Pierce to have my bike worked on.
Great customer service, great product, cool owner, nice staff, sick environment ! Overall best bike shop I've ever been to. If you have a bike & don't go here for service or just any extras you are lost.
